Welcome to Quest Cleaners! By using our dry cleaning and laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

1. General Service Agreement
By submitting garments to Quest Cleaners, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. We treat your items with care, but certain limitations apply.

2. Suitability for Cleaning
You confirm that all items provided are suitable for the requested cleaning method (e.g., dry cleaning, wash-and-fold). Quest Cleaners is not responsible for damage to items that are not labeled correctly or are unsuitable for standard cleaning processes.

3. Garment Inspection and Liability

We do not inspect every garment for contents. Please check all pockets for valuables, pens, gum, or other items before drop-off.

Quest Cleaners is not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets or for normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, shrinking, loss of buttons).

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may pose a health or safety risk (e.g., heavily soiled with biological waste).
4. Lost or Unclaimed Items

We do not inventory individual items for wash-and-fold services.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.

Items not claimed within 30 days may be donated or discarded.
5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is next-day service for items dropped off before 10 a.m.

Express service is available for an additional fee.

Delays may occur due to holidays, special treatments, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Stain Removal
While we make every effort to remove stains, we do not guarantee complete removal. Some stains may be permanent or worsen with treatment.
7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on item type, weight, and service level.

Payment is due upon pickup or delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Quest Cleaners reserves the right to change pricing with notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
In the event of loss or damage, Quest Cleaners may reimburse up to 50% of the replacement value, not exceeding $150 per order. Proof of purchase or value may be required.
9. Privacy and Communication
Your contact information may be used to communicate order status, promotions, or service updates. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments
Quest Cleaners reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
